Spinal Axis is not a regular self help program, you will get out of it exactly what you put into it. Dr. Foster will teach you to condition your mind and body in a new way, enabling you to get the results you seek.
The Spinal Axis Treatment
We start by accessing your shoulder blades to heal pain throughout your back, neck, shoulders, and hips. When the shoulder blades are working for you, they keep the area below them open, Dr. Foster calls this area the ‘Hinge’.
Why is this important? When this area is open, it makes your whole body align with the spine, from your head to your lower back and hips.
Dr. Foster will teach you a series of stretches that starts as a mindset and the more you work that mindset and work in the physical exercises and stretches the easier it will be to engage your shoulder blades.
This process takes only 90 seconds when you get out of bed, creating an environment that allows your whole body to align.
You will finish your work shift with more energy than you had when you started.
